Employee Net Promoter Score The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey gives employees an opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on how they’re feeling about their company - and it only takes a few seconds. This survey type measures the loyalty and engagement that exists between a company and its employees using a single question: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend {{storage.user.company.name}} as a place to work?” Responses are categorized into Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8) and Detractors (0-6) and then scored. Anything above zero is acceptable. 10-30+ is good and above that is excellent.
